Defect statistics in strain clamp of three-span transmission lines based on radiographic testing

In order to deeply analyze the causes of defects of the strain clamp, to find and eliminate the defects, and to ensure the electrical safety, this paper makes statistics about the types and quantities of defects found during the inspection process. The authors categorize the factors that cause defects and propose corresponding preventive measures. This paper will provide a theoretical basis for further improving the quality management level of strain clamps.
