Phased array ultrasonic testing for butt weld of snake tube high pressure heater small diameter pipe of power station boiler

In this paper, phased array ultrasonic testing simulation technology was studied for the butt weld of snake tube high pressure heater small diameter pipe. The testing technology obtained by analysis was verified on the simulated test block. It has been verified that the detection process has a good detection effect, which provides an efficient and feasible ultrasonic detection scheme for the weld.
