    Phased array ultrasonic testing of high temperatrue alloy fabricated by additive manufacturing

    • In order to realize the effective detection of internal defects in additive manufactured products, the test sample of GH3536 alloy fabricated by selective laser melting (SLM) was selected, and data acquisition system was established to acquire velocity, attenuation coefficient and main frequency migration. Then side drilled holes with different size were tested by optimizing the focal law, and the typical structural parts was done. The results showed that, the internal defects in materials could be effectively detected and located by phased array ultrasonic testing.
