Phased array ultrasonic inspection of rotor brazing defects

The brazing quality of the traction motor rotor is the key to ensuring the reliable operation of the motor. Through the design of phased array ultrasonic testing equipment, tooling and detection method of traction motor rotor end ring guide bar welding defects, the traction motor rotor is tested and the results are compared and analyzed, and the inspection and control specifications for the welding quality of this type of rotor are formulated.
