Development and application of a phased array corrosion detection solution

According to the application requirements of corrosion detection, relying on domestic phased array probes for dual-crystal linear array corrosion detection and combining with foreign advanced solution concepts, we have developed a set of phased array probes in accordance with our phased array instrument. This system, combined with special software developed for the domestic practical application environment and requirements, builds a corrosion detection program. The overall performance of the solution has reached the international advanced level. With special software, it can meet a variety of corrosion detection requirements in the domestic industrial environment. It can replace foreign products of the same type and better meet domestic needs.
