Fluorescent penetrating inspection on supersonic flame-spraying coatings

Many samples with surface defects on the coating fabricated by supersonic flame-spraying are made by modulating different spraying and grinding technique. Then the samples are inspected by fluorescent penetrating inspection and the results are analysed and collected.The defects on coating are classified with these test data. So many results afford important data for ensuring FPI techniques and defects evaluation.
