Phased-array ultrasonic testing for T-tube joint weld of locomotive

A large number of T-joints are used in the oil-water pipeline of locomotive, whose quality is very important for the safety of train. The results show that the phased array ultrasonic testing technology can detect the internal defects of the T-joint of locomotive. Phased array technology has a high defect detection rate and high detection efficiency; the loading of workpiece image reduces the difficulty of defect detection.
