Analysis on common defects of magnetic particle detection in the switch rail manufacture

In the process of manufacturing switch rail, as observed by magnetic particle testing, it is easy to form some common defects due to some influencing factors such as the steel raw material, manufacturing process and environmental temperature. The analysis on the causes of defects and magnetic image display characteristics shall be helpful for improving manufacturing process and providing basis for preventing the defect.
