Interpretation of the ISO Standard for the Testing of Thin-Walled Steel Components Using PAUT

For the phased array ultrasonic testing of the welds of the boiler pipes and other small-diameter pipes, ISO has developed the corresponding testing standard, providing the basis for PAUT of such welds. This paper explains the technical clauses of ISO 20601-2018 standard, which provides a reference for users of this standard.
