    The Application of X-ray Digital Real-Time Imaging Detection Technology in Shallow Sea Steel Pipe Laying

    • In this paper, aiming at the application of X-ray digital real-time imaging detection technology in shallow sea steel pipe laying, an automatic X-ray real-time imaging detection system for steel pipe is specially developed and designed, including X-ray detection unit, mechanical transmission system, special software and control system, radiation protection system, etc. The X-ray real-time imaging detection test research and engineering application of butt weld of steel pipe are also carried out. The developed X-ray digital real-time imaging system for inspecting butt weld of shallow-sea ship steel pipe can adapt to complex and harsh working conditions, and has the advantages of high accuracy, strong applicability, high efficiency and low cost.
