Model and Practice for Air Force Directional NDT Non-commissioned Officer

For the non-commissioned officers (NCO) in air force who major in non-destructive testing (NDT) speciality, the "2234" oriented training mode (i.e. bilateral cooperation, dual-certificate system, tri-way training and tetra-united mechanism) is elaborated in this paper. With regard to the curricula of the ideology and politics, military and political foundation as well as the curricula of NDT speciality, which are involved with major curriculum system, the train of thought and the situation of course-opening is introduced. In view of the problems in the existing military and civilian integration mechanism, inadequate preparation for teachers and enrollment, the solutions are briefly discussed.
