Abstract

The quality problems involved in TOFD testing are discussed in detail.The reasons are analyzed from several aspects, such as the compilation of operation instructions, the debugging of instruments and equipment, the drawing of workpieces, and the examination of drawings.Some solutions have been found.Finally, the quality of TOFD was improved.
