Analysis of Damage Characteristics in Fatigue Testing of a Aircraft

Based on the damages detected by nondestructive testing(NDT) in full-scale civil aircraft structure fatigue test, the types, locations and propagation of the damage are analyzed. Through these the weak area of aircraft structure, and the dangerous crack growth behavior are pointed out. It can provide some references for the NDT and maintenance of such aircraft.
