    In-situ Testing Method of R Area for Aircraft Structure

    • According to the damage characteristics of an aircraft R region, based on the analysis of the advantages and limitations of conventional nondestructive testing (NDT) methods, the eddy current testing method is selected for in-situ detection of the R region. The detection capacity and reliability of this method for the R region are studied and verified. Finally, a reliable detection process is established which can provide guidance for the NDT of fatigue crack of aircraft structure.
