    Ultrasonic Phased Array Testing of Dovetail Groove in Seal Tiles

    • Ultrasonic phased array testing were used to detect the layered defects of sealed dovetail groove alloy layer, and the waveforms of the layered defects were analyzed theoretically. The results show that the layered defects of the alloy layer at the important position of the seal tile dovetail groove can be detected by the ultrasonic phased array. The result is intuitive and the detection rate is high.
