Effect of Temperature on Metal Magnetic Memory Detection

    • Few studies have addressed the effect of magnetic memory detection at different temperatures. In this paper, the simulation model of some typical samples is set up, and different temperature were applied to the finite element simulation to study the influence of temperature change on the magnetic memory detection. The simulation results show that the temperature has little effect on the magnetic memory detection before the Curie point of the material is reached. When the temperature is close to Curie point, the peak value of magnetic memory signal will increase sharply, and the material itself only influences the value of magnitude of the magnetic memory detection signal at different temperatures, and has little effect on the change law of the signal.
