The Standards of Ultrasonic Testing for Fiber Reinforced Resin Composite

In order to absorb the advantage of the standards abroad, the study contrasted the standards of ultrasonic testing for composites at home with abroad. The standards being analyzed include relevant GJB standards, HB standards, ASTM standards, National Military Standards, Boeing standards and AITM standards. The content being analyzed include the scope of application, requisition of quality, reference block, parameter of testing, and evaluation of test result. The analysis shows that the Chinese standards need to be developed faster, more systematic and more advanced.
