    Data Acquisition System for Steel Wire Rope Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing Based on STM32F4

    • Aiming at the inconvenient operation of the existing steel wire rope magnetic flux leakage testing instrument such as large volume and large quality, an embedded data acquisition system of steel wire rope magnetic flux leakage testing is developed based on STM32F4. It mainly includes the integrated structure of probes, data acquisition and liquid crystal display part based on STM32F4 chip. Finally, the whole system is tested, indicating that the system is reliable and practical.
