    The Design of High Voltage Testing Platform for X-Ray Tube in Security Inspection

    • To meet the production needs of the X-ray tube in the field of security inspection, a high voltage inverter and PWM technology were used to design a set of 160 kV/3 mA X-ray tube testing platform. The relevant parameters were displayed via LCD, and the output could be directly adjusted continuously by knobs. This paper introduces the system structure of the high voltage testing platform, system multiplying circuit, high frequency inverter, control and display,etc. The performance testing of the platform shows that its accuracy and stability have met the requirements for use.
