Influence Factors of the Lateral Resolution of Phased Array Ultrasonic Detection

The influence of focal length and aperture on the lateral resolution of phased array ultrasonic detection is analyzed through theoretical analysis, simulation analysis and experimental test. The results show that higher lateral resolution can be obtained by optimizing the testing parameters of phased array ultrasonic detection, which has certain reference significance for the related detection application.
