Eddy Current Testing of Proximity Tube of Heat Transferring Tubes of Steam Generator

In the manufacturing process of steam generator, the inverted adjacent U-tubes may get in very close proximity because of installation tolerance. In this paper, eddy current test of proximity extent of two adjacent tubes and relationship of proximity distance and eddy current voltage will be obtained by simulated experiment using two experimental proximity tubes having the same specification and process to those proximity tubes in one of domestic nuclear plants.
