The Forms of Ultrasonic Phased Array Probe and Special Phased Array Probe Development and Application Cases

According to different kinds of array arrangement modes and usages, several common forms of phased array probe are summarized in this paper. Also, its characteristics and application conditions are introduced. Then, phased array probe development and application conditions are presented both at home and abroad. At last, ideas for developing new forms of special phased array probe are put forward.Two typical cases of special phased array probe development and application are described, including general idea, design steps and testing experiments.This paper can be used as a reference for the popularization and application of phased array technology.
