A Method of Measuring the Thickness of Non-magnetic Metallic Coatings on Non-magnetic Metallic Basis
On the basis of the phase analysis, a method is proposed for measuring the non-magnetic metallic coatings on non-magnetic metallic basis, the aim of it is to solve the above problem. The results of the experiments prove that the method can meet the requirement of the engineering application with the testing error being below 0.03 mm.
