Cause of Special Defect Signal Characteristics of an Eddy Current Detector

While using the newly purchased weld eddy current detector, it is difficult to explain some defect signal characteristics. The working mode of the eddy current probe is clarified through theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental research. The results show that the structure and working mode of the probe are the direct cause of the formation of the defect signal characteristics, which has certain reference significance for the related detection application.
