Acoustic Emission Characteristics of Four Kinds of NOL Ring Samples of C/E Composite in Tensile Test Process

This paper studies acoustic emission characteristics for four kinds of NOL-samples of C/E composite in tensile test process. The research found that the material characteristics and winding technology would affect the acoustic emission (AE) characteristics, such as counts, amplitude and duration. It is very important to accurately get the characteristics and the varying trend of the material damage for optimizing the devising technology of the structure.
