    Research Progress of Fruit Quality Detection Based on Near Infrared Spectroscopy

    • In this paper, the recent advances in near-infrared spectroscopy techniques for the determination of sugar content, acidity, hardness and Vc content of fruits were reviewed. This paper analyzes the application status of near infrared spectroscopy in fruit quality detection and points out that near infrared spectroscopy has certain feasibility in the detection of fruit quality. The paper also points out the existing problems and research prospects. At the same time, it provides a reference for the application and development of near infrared spectroscopy in fruit quality testing.
