The Development History, Status and Trends of Infrared Thermographic Nondestructive Testing

The development history of infrared thermographic nondestructive testing was reviewed, and its status and trends were summed up in this paper. The current situation of instruments, sales markets, standards and research institutions at home and abroad was compared in detail. The conclusion that there was still a gap between the domestic and foreign in the level of research and application of infrared thermographic nondestructive testing was drawn.
