The Normal Indications of Magnetic Particle Testing of Locomotive Cast Steel Wheel Core

In this paper, the causes of common defects in the manufacturing process of locomotive cast steel wheel core and the characteristics of magnetic particle indication are analyzed. Photographs of the common magnetic particle indications of the cast steel wheel were taken, providing a reference for magnetic particle testing operators to determine the correct magnetic particle indication.
