    Defect Equivalence Differences in Ultrasonic Testing of Forging with Straight Probes of Different Frequencies

    • Through the theoretical analysis and experimental verification, it is found that flat bottom hole defect equivalent values will change greatly while ultrasonic testing of the large forgings (diameter×thickness=ϕ4 480 mm×800 mm) with straight probes of different frequencies. It can be used for ultrasonic detection peer reference.
