The Ultrasonic Testing of Sugar Mill Squeezing Roller

This paper introduces the application of ultrasonic testing of press roller in sugar factory overhaul, which has played an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of sugar production. Case studies of the ultrasonic testing of sugar mill squeezing roller have shown that the testing can accurately detect fatigue cracks and other defects in the roller.
