    In-situ Ultrasonic Inspection for Cracks around Holes of Bolted Joints

    • In this paper longitudinal wave angle probes and reference blocks were designed for detecting the cracks around the holes of bolted joints fatigue specimen based on the characteristics of the specimen structure and stress. Based on the test results and fracture analysis, specific improvement measures were proposed to aim at the disadvantages caused by the crack direction and effective width. Experiment was carried out, and good detection results were achieved, providing the reference for the test of the same structures.
