The Abnormal Reason and Solutions for Attention on Using UV-A LED Light during Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection

This paper introduced the differences when using the EV5000 UV-A LED light in FPI, with or without ZWB2 filter. According to the experiment results, the unexpected background light can be decreased significantly while using the ZWB2 filter. The intensity of UV-A light and visible light can be decreased as well. The points for attention on this usage were also introduced in this paper.
