Industry 4.0 and Nondestructive Testing of China

As facing the age of industry 4.0 and China manufacturing 2025 put forward by the Chinese government, one question must be answered by all the NDT workers is how to carry on the non-destructive testing in China. It is proposed that the NDT in China needs a unified terminology, unified methods and ideas. One also needs to correctly understand the non-destructive evaluation (NDE) to enable the NDT to develop towards intelligence and cost effective, and promoting its rational application in China.
