    The Petro-chemical Outside Refined Oil Pipeline Leakage Nondestructive Testing

    • Based on the refined oil export pipeline sampled for ray testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, etc, combined with the physical and chemical properties testing, and material microstructure observation, corrosion pit corrosion product composition analysis and other methods on the pipeline, the pipe section evaluation was examined. The results showed that the pipe leakage faults of 4 perforations and 19 relatively obvious point defects were found. Combined with pipeline operation, site investigation and analysis of corrosion products, the failure reasons of pipe leakage were determined.
