Ultrasonic Testing of Nonmetal Slag Inclusion Property in Flange Neck in Use

Aiming at the streamline direction and the organization characteristic of nonmetal slag inclusion in the flange neck in use, the ultrasonic testing of nonmetal slag inclusion in the flange neck was performed by using homemade professional comparison test block and unconventional oblique probe, enabling the special detecting scheme to be completed quickly, accurately and effectively. The detection precision meets the requirements, the detection results of the error is in the allowable range. Testing has a guiding significance to the similar problem.
