    Ultra Low Frequency Magnetic Inspection of Oxide Scale Exfoliation of Heated Austenite Stainless Steel Tube in Power Station Boilers

    • In this paper,the oxide scaleformation and exfoliation of the austenitestainless steel tubes in power station boilers are analized,and a fast inspection method of ultra low frequency magnetic inspection technology ,is introduced to be applicable to the oxide scale exfoliation of heated austenite stainless steel tube face.The principle,characteristics,inspection process and engineering application of ultra low frequency magnetic inspection technology are elaborated.Through the practical application verification,the oxide scale and other ferromagnetic material in the austenite stainless steel tubes can be rapidly,visually,and accurately detected .The technology provides a feasible method for the quality supervision and safe operation of power station boilers.
