This article introduces testing standard of titanium alloy pipe and design characteristics of standard pipe and testing pipe,analyzes the difficulty faced by testing titanium alloy wavy pipe,and it also puts forward key points in choosing eddy current testing facility and probe.According to experimental test results,some criterions and suggestions for enhancing titanium alloy wavy pipe testing quality were put forward.
