    Detection of Spring Surface Defects Based on Principle of Ultrasonic Surface Wave

    • This thesis mainly aims at the characteristics of ultrasonic surface wave detection technology and at the methods of using surface wave for detecting spring surface defects.The contrast test samples required by ultrasonic testing were fabricated and the distance-amplitude curves for evaluating the spring surface were plotted by using multiple artificially made blocks.The test results show that,the surface wave ultrasonic testing method is suitable for spring surface defect detection and can be effectively applied to the actual production.
