    基于多通道信号移相的钢丝绳绳股漏磁检测信号处理方法

    Strand signal processing method of wire rope leakage detection based on multi-channel signal phase shifting

    • 摘要: 为了有效削弱钢丝绳漏磁检测信号中的绳股信号,提出了一种基于多通道信号移相的绳股信号处理方法。首先从钢丝绳螺旋结构特征的角度介绍了该方法的原理,并提出了相应的计算公式。然后使用所提方法,针对多种钢丝绳展开具体试验进行验证,并与其他传统处理方法进行对比。结果表明,所提方法能够有效消除绳股信号,具有一定的优越性与通用性。

       

      Abstract: To effectively weaken the strand signal in the magnetic flux leakage detection signal of wire ropes, a strand signal processing method based on multi-channel signal phase shifting was proposed. The principle of this method was first introduced from the perspective of the helical structure characteristics of wire ropes, and corresponding calculation formulas were provided. The proposed method was then used to conduct specific tests on various steel wire ropes for verification and comparison with other traditional processing methods. Results showed that the proposed method could effectively eliminate rope strand signals and had certain superiority and universality.
